Shipping policy

Every Inner piece is made to order and crafted just for you once your order is placed. Your order moves through two stages: production and shipping.

Production time

Most items are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Apparel and printed products are made on demand, so this step is part of every order.

Shipping time (after production)

United States: typically 3–5 business days.
Canada & International: typically 6–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs.

These are estimates from our print partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
