Because each item is printed and crafted individually once your order is placed — rather than pulled from a shelf — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or color selected at checkout. We gently encourage you to review the size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, a damaged item, or the wrong product or size, we’ll replace it or refund it — at no cost to you. Email hello@stayinner.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. In most cases there’s no need to ship the item back to us.
