Care

• Trim the wick to ~¼" (5 mm) before each burn
• On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface to prevent tunneling
• Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time and never leave unattended
• Keep away from drafts, children and pets; place on a heat-safe surface
• Stop use when ~½" of wax remains

Every Inner piece is made to order, just for you. Because each item is printed and crafted individually once your order is placed — rather than pulled from a shelf — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or color selected at checkout. We gently encourage you to review the size guide and product details on each page before ordering.

When we'll always make it right

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll replace it or refund it — at no cost to you:

• A manufacturing defect (flawed stitching, peeling print, faulty material)
• A printing error (wrong design, misaligned or low-quality print)
• A damaged item (arrived broken, torn, or stained)
• The wrong product or wrong size compared to what you ordered

How to reach us

Please email hello@stayinner.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

1. Your order number
2. A short description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item and, when relevant, the shipping packaging

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange a free reprint or a refund — whichever you prefer. In most cases there's no need to ship the item back to us.

Inner products are produced on demand through our print partner, Printful, whose fulfillment standards shape this policy. Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection are not supported.
